Zoom Beatdown

Introduction

The Zoom Beatdown is a compact finesse bait specifically designed to elevate Ned rig fishing and other subtle presentations when bass are pressured, inactive, or feeding on smaller forage. Featuring a stubby body profile and buoyant design, the Beatdown creates a natural stand-up posture that mimics crawfish, gobies, and bottom-dwelling forage, making it an incredibly effective option for finesse anglers.

At 3.25 inches long, the Beatdown is built to produce bites without excessive action. Its subtle movement allows anglers to drag, hop, shake, or dead-stick the bait while maintaining a realistic presentation. The compact body pairs perfectly with Ned heads, finesse jig heads, and other light-tackle applications where less movement often generates more strikes.

Made with Zoom’s proven soft plastic formula, the Beatdown provides excellent durability while maintaining the natural action needed to entice largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass. Whether fished around rocks, grass edges, docks, offshore structure, or clear-water fisheries, this finesse bait consistently delivers results when conditions get tough.
